Impurity content ≤ 1% (0.5% per high, deduction 1.5%); imperfect grain ≤ 8% (1% per high, deduction 0.5%); mildew grain content higher than 2.0% rejected. Matters needing attention
(1) to participate in the transaction, you must be a member of the China Grain Storage Network and pay the member service fee. Due to the iterative upgrade of the China Grain Storage Network system, in order to ensure that the member transaction can be carried out normally, please log in to the China Grain Storage Network at least one day in advance to check the application. If you have any problems, please call the China Grain Storage Network service number. China Grain Storage Network shall not be responsible for normal transactions due to personal operational problems. There are two ways to log in to the grain storage network: log in the transaction by SMS verification code or key. For the customers on the blacklist of the China Grain Storage system, the trading qualification shall be removed.
(2) after the completion of the transaction, all acts related to the execution of the contract, such as the closing contract, the receipt and payment, delivery and settlement of grain payments between the buyer and the seller, must be carried out online through the "China Grain Storage Network", otherwise the consequences of the failure to release the deposit shall be borne by the enterprise.
(3) this website is temporarily exempt from transaction fees, but if there is a breach of contract in the transaction, the transaction bond and performance bond corresponding to the number of breach of contract will be fully deducted.
(4) the specific details of the performance time and storage operation time of the contract for this special auction can be found in the list.
(5) quantity confirmation: the land scale of the actual settlement place of the buyer shall prevail, and the weight limit of the land scale is detailed in the transaction list.
(6) Capital settlement: the acceptance shall be carried out in batches according to the progress of arrival, and the payment of the batch shall be paid within 5 working days after the buyer passes the acceptance, and the payment shall be suspended after the payment reaches 90% of the total payment, and the remaining 10% of the payment shall be settled within 7 working days after receiving the full VAT invoice provided by the seller.

IV. Margin
The online trading of China Grain Reserve implements the margin system. Before participating in the transaction, the member enterprises must pay the transaction bond and the performance bond in advance to the member capital account of the member, the amount of the bond is 310 yuan per ton (including 10 yuan per ton for the transaction and 300 yuan per ton for the performance bond). Members who are interested in bidding must pay a full deposit according to the number of transactions to be made before they can trade on the China Grain Storage Network.

VI. Other matters
（一）参与交易方须承诺向中储粮销售的粮食来源符合国家法律、法规及政策规定，非最低收购价等政策性陈粮或中央、各级地方政府储备轮出陈粮。严禁参与交易方涉及以陈顶新、以次充好、掺杂使假、“转圈粮”等违规违法行为，严禁参与交易方涉及危害粮食安全和食品安全等行为。
对存在上述行为的会员，中储粮网有权依照《中储粮网会员暂行管理办法》等平台规则，采取提示、劝告、扣除或划转保证金、取消会员资格、降低信用评级、加入黑名单、限制或终止部分或全部服务等措施，违约方承担由此产生的一切法律责任和后果，并赔偿守约方遭受的全部损失，包括但不限于直接经济损失、预期收益损失、索赔、任何花费（包括但不限于采取补救措施的费用、律师费、诉讼费、鉴定费、因遭受行政执法而支出的罚款与费用等）。
（二）本公告未尽事宜，依据《中储粮内蒙古分公司玉米竞价采购专场交易细则》（2024年4月15日试行）及中储粮网有关规定执行。
（三）交易合同、结算清单、款项收付相关单据，随交易进度由本网站系统自动生成，并支持打印，会员可根据需要自行操作。
