梁耀铭：今天p2ecryptogames我的演讲主要围绕科技向善、医检创新主题分享了三个企业发展的故事和未来愿景，希望与志向投身医疗行业的青年学子共勉，一起为全球医检产业壮大和公众的健康福祉谋发展。
首先，医疗创新的最终目的是服务于人类健康，为了解决社会痛点和满足社会需求，我们要坚定信念和始终牢记创业的初心，将其作为终生事业来追求。我鼓励青年人深入社会和基层，去发现未被解决的全球医疗痛点，探索新的商业模式，将创新想法转化为实际解决方案。其次，要专业深耕，要有抵御外界诱惑，踏实做事的工匠精神，把主业做精做细。再者，要持续学习和探索新知识、新技术的，保持对行业动态的敏感性。同时，医疗行业是非常专业、复杂的领域，要攻克关系生命健康的难题需要多方合力。我鼓励青年创业者拓宽视野，积极参与跨学科的交流，例如数据科学、生物工程等，通过跨界合作来推动创新项目的发展，与时代同步。
睿见Economy：您和哈佛医学院渊源也很久，这次来哈佛有什么不一样的感受吗？未来在国际合作和人才招聘上有什么新的计划？之前我们跟海外留学生聊，大家会担心海外的知识如何嫁接国内的应用场景。
梁耀铭：金域医学正朝着成为全球领先的医检产业集团努力，已经启动面向海外人才的全面招募，计划招揽一批技术、产业的交叉复合型人才、学科带头人，即在医学检验、生物技术、药物研发、数据分析等领域具有深厚专业知识和国际工作经验的人才。在继续关注罕见病等疾病领域，深化与跨国药企合作，帮助更多创新药及伴随诊断技术加速落地中国。此外，通过和海外基金团队合作，链接全球优质创新资源。此次哈佛行也会参访波士顿的生物医疗、人工智能领域先进企业，了解最新动态把新产品、新技术、新服务引入中国。
对于留学生的问题，我觉得中国现在提倡高质量发展，就是要求企业脚踏实地、专注专业、要不断创新，也给青年人提供了新的机遇。青年人应该去关注行业趋势发展如何，找到合适的平台，看企业的价值观跟自己是否契合，这很重要。我也相信，未来能整合不同人才的企业更能不断创新，更有机会。
睿见Economy：来聊聊产业趋势上的机会，中国的第三方医检市场还有多大？德国和日本市场份额分别超过50%和67%，而在中国不到10%。这种产业接受度差异的主要缘由是什么，有哪些新机遇？
梁耀铭：首先，之所以有这样的差异，一来因为发展时间不同。国内的第三方医检商业化发展起步较晚，2009年第三方医检机构才正式获批进入医疗机构；二来，从医疗环境的角度，中国医学检验和病理诊断主要还是以公立医院为主，检验科病理科是医院的关键组成部分。三来，美国、日本等国家，政府和商业医疗保险对医保费用控制力度比较大，进一步放大ICL的成本优势和规模效应。

The state continues to deepen the reform of the medical and health system and speed up the expansion of high-quality medical resources and the balanced distribution of regions. In 2016, the country proposed the transformation from "treatment-centered" to "people's health-centered", and the opportunity for early screening, early diagnosis and early treatment. In 2018, the National Health Commission officially issued a document encouraging third parties to complete the work, including medical testing, pathological diagnosis, imaging, dialysis and disinfection. The price of medical testing goes down but does not affect the quality, and it can also feed the medical staff. Second, China is a public health care structure, and third-party testing institutions can ensure quality while reducing costs through economies of scale and the promotion of digital technology. Third, the enhancement of people's awareness of health and the awareness of early screening and prevention also need the further development of the medical laboratory industry.
Wise Economy: from the perspective of industrial layout, what are the focus of Jinyu Medicine in general inspection and special inspection in the next 3-5 years? What are the new changes on the demand side?
Liang Yaoming: the new change from the demand side is that the growing health needs of the people give rise to early screening and accurate diagnosis market. The medical and health cause of our country is changing from "taking the disease as the center" to "taking the people's health as the center". The growing demand for health management, accurate diagnosis and treatment driven by precision medicine, and the extensive exploration of the new generation of information technology in the medical examination industry are promoting the development and application of cutting-edge detection technology. In addition, the demand for monitoring under the strengthening of the public health system has increased. After a number of public health events, the state pays special attention to the construction of infectious disease surveillance. The increasing demand for rapid identification of infectious pathogens and strengthening the construction of intelligent multi-point trigger infectious disease surveillance and early warning system are also promoting the expansion of the medical inspection market.
In terms of layout, Jinyu Medicine is better meeting clinical needs through automated and intelligent technology layout of new product research and development to improve the ability of medical examination services. It will continue to develop new projects, especially speed up technological innovation in many fields, such as rare diseases, infectious diseases, tumors, blood, neuroimmunity and so on, so as to help clinic overcome difficulties for difficult and complicated diseases, and with the help of a new generation of information technology, develop more disease prediction and diagnosis models In addition, it will also promote the landing of automated and intelligent medical testing laboratories through "AI+ Internet of things + cloud technology", improve laboratory production efficiency, and provide more efficient, intelligent and inclusive medical services for ordinary people.

Liang Yaoming: at present, artificial intelligence, represented by large models, is becoming the core driving force leading the reform of the new generation of medical examination industry. Through the development of technologies such as big data mining and AI-assisted diagnosis, on the one hand, it makes testing more efficient and diagnosis more accurate; on the other hand, it solves the problems of uneven distribution of medical resources, heavy burden on doctors' diagnosis and low diagnosis efficiency.
First of all, AI can improve operational efficiency, for example, after excluding negative in cervical cancer screening, suspected positive will be seen by professional doctors, which greatly improves the efficiency. Second, it should also enhance customer experience and enhance pre-sales and after-sales services, such as making it easier for health care workers or patients to understand test reports, and reduce the inefficiency of diagnosis and treatment caused by uneven health care. Third, we have also made further innovations in the platform of biological science and technology.
